How long is the Nectar Sleep trial period?

We offer a 365-night Home Trial, giving you a full year to decide if Nectar is right for you. We recommend sleeping on it for at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust.

What does the Forever Warranty cover?

Our Forever Warranty guarantees the construction, materials, and durability of your Nectar mattress for as long as you own it. If it has a defect, we will replace or repair it at no cost.

How is the mattress shipped and delivered?

Your Nectar mattress is compressed and shipped in a convenient, eco-friendly box. Delivery is free within the contiguous United States and typically arrives within 2-5 business days.

Does the mattress require a specific type of bed frame?

Nectar is designed to work on any firm, flat surface. This includes box springs, divans, slatted bases (if slats are no more than 4 inches apart), and adjustable bases.

What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?

If you decide Nectar isn't for you within your 365-night trial, we will help you arrange a local donation or pickup and provide a full refund of your purchase price.

Are Nectar mattresses CertiPUR-US® certified?

Yes, all our foams meet CertiPUR-US® standards for content, emissions, and durability. They are made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP, mercury, or lead.
