We want you to love your sleep, which is why we offer an industry-leading 365-night trial and a seamless return process for all our mattresses and bedding accessories. If you are not 100% satisfied after your 30-night break-in period, we will help you arrange a return and issue a full refund.
Complete the Break-in Period
To ensure your body has time to adjust to the new support levels, we require that you sleep on your Nectar mattress for at least 30 nights before initiating a return.
